Beginning his career twenty years ago at Elstree Studios running on a variety of feature films from ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’ to George Lucas’ ‘Willow’, he emigrated to Australia as a camera operator working on ‘Home & Away’ and ‘Breakers’ but moved into directing shortly after, calling the shots on various music videos and the popular children’s drama ‘Cosmos Kids’.

Returning to the UK, he directed and lit various commercials for clients ranging from Kelloggs, Q Magazine, Kerrang, Nickelodeon, 02, Nintendo and the Disney Channel.

Sacha’s career as a live camera operator and director has gone from strength to strength - shooting SKY TV’s football drama ‘Dream Team’ to the BBC 1 children’s drama ‘M.I.High’ and bands such as Queen (with Paul Rodgers), Red Hot Chili Peppers, Duran Duran, Sting, Foo Fighters and most recently American RnB Singer Ne-Yo and Pulp, to name but a few.

An avid screenwriter, Sacha is currently in the process of writing a number of features with plans to develop them into production. He also has one script with an agent in LA.

His love of horror films comes from 1981, when at the tender age of 11 he was traumatised after viewing a highly illegal VHS copy of ‘The Evil Dead’, which was banned in the UK at the time!
